Oh my, it has been a while since I have done this, and I think I am a little rusty at it, because it took me forever to figure out what we eat! But, I haven't had a meal plan in so long, and have REALLY needed it. I hate having supper roll around (before you know it) and I am stuck with kids begging for food, me in a project half done and I have NO idea what to make for supper! So, after kicking myself for WEEKS now for not having one, HERE is our meal plan!
Monday- Scalloped Potatoes (Mmmmm!!! Nice to keep warm on a cold day like today!)
Tuesday- French Toast & Homemade Applesauce
Wednesday- Tatertot Casserole (This day is when my baby is having a surgery to have a cyst removed. It was undeveloped tissue and there shouldn't be much to the surgery... Prayer is appreciated!)
Thursday- Pasta with diced tomatoes & corn
Friday- Women's Conference for Me in Fort Wayne, Boys will probably go to the fish fry at our church!
Saturday- Women's Conference during the day, Maybe have Tacos that night??? Made by Hubby???
Sunday- Grilled Chicken, Salad & Broccoli
