Welcome UBP, About Me

Hi! Welcome to all of you stopping in from the UBP! If you are already a follower of my site, check out the Ultimate Blog Party, there are lots of awesome prizes, I will list a few of my favorites at the end of this post.

But, I wanted to tell you all who are stopping by a little about me and about my site!

First, I am a Christian. I love the Lord with all of my heart, soul, mind and strength. He definitely makes my life worth living! Second, I am married to a wonderful man, to whom I have been married to for 10 years. We have truly become more in love each day of our married lives. I am also the mother to 4 handsome little boys, ages 8, 6, 4 & 1. They are extremely active and have definitely made me a better person.

I get to stay-at-home with my little men, right now I have 2 attending school and 2 at home. I love being home with them. What do I do at home all day long??? Well, my new crawler keeps me hopping. My 4 year old loves to do fun activities. I am my hubby's personal assistant. I cook (a lot from scratch), clean & we have a mini farm with animals being added every now and then. Right now we have baby ducks & baby turkeys keeping warm under a lamp in our basement!

I also manage my church's web site, I have 2 blogs, I am in charge of the wonderful Women's Ministry at my church as well as the Nursery. Many people are also suprised to find out I sing & play drums with my Worship Team at church. I also deal shop using coupons and shopping different stores for the good deals. I sew, I am crafty, and I love combining all of my talents to be the best wife and mother that I possibly can.

On my web site here, you can find me talking about the Bible & what God's Word says to us and for us, especially as women. I do alot with my hands, crafty things, homemade things, etc. I take my job as a "home manager" seriously, and try to make things flow the best that they possibly can. I talk of course about family and about being a wife. I try not to talk politics because I want an uplifting blog, not a reminder of what we see everyday anyways. And the Lord lifts us up, so I stick with Him!
